Mic Halferty is who we dealt with, and he was very professional. He found exactly what we wanted in a timely matter. We talked by phone a few times and did most of it by texting. He kept me updated through the whole process. He had everything ready when we picked up the truck.

The car was damaged in transit but they were quick to address it (wheel damage). The service department replaced the wheel and balanced the new one perfectly. The car drives and looks perfect! Between guys on the sales team, Moise and Duncan, and Tyson in the finance department, everyone was extremely kind and helpful to answer all my questions and process the transaction smoothly.
I had been searching for a pretty specific vehicle - 2012-2014 Tacoma, single cab, 6’ bed, as basic as possible but with low miles - and one came through Kirksville Motor Company. They were upfront about the vehicle history, and let me take it on a pretty long test drive. The truck was in great shape, had extremely low miles for a 2012 (59k), and the frame looked almost new (if you know, you know). It was a fast and easy process to pay cash and fill out paperwork, and it was worth the drive up from Columbia.
I love my new car. So glad I went there to get it. Great people.

The experince was good for the most part but I just got a call from a guy named Clint that works for Kirksville Motor Co. and he doesn't seem to know what he's doing. Claims there is a lean on the car I just traded. A car that was payed off many years ago. A car that he holds the title to, that I gave him, because I had payed for the car many years ago!
